These modern duplexes, boast 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and lots of living space. Designed to be modern and flexible, and affordable without minimizing comfort and luxury. They really offer a blank canvas to facilitate many different designs, layouts and styles, that would be perfect for a young family.

The main challenge we face with this project was organizing everything in the houses to not only fit in a smaller space, but to maintain the right flow and open-space feeling. Industrial designs have really gained traction in their popularity so it inspired us to try and create our own version of this theme, without making it be too polarizing, and therefore only appeal to certain people.

A presentation like this is key, in conveying to potential customers why they should invest in this particular project. In a world where most people are simply unable or unsure of all the capabilities and possibilities of a new space, the more you can show them to build confidence, the more likely you are to close the deal.
